Redemption Process:
On submitting this form, you will get a Redemption Code. Please save and use it for all future communications.
Within 72 hours, you will receive Order Confirmation Email which will have details of your gift selection, documents needs to be submitted along with net payable amount (if there any), process of documents submission (Online or Offline) and all important dates.
There are 2 redemption processes –
• Online
• Offline
Both processes are explained below and customers can choose either of the 2 processes.

Online Redemption Process:
You need to perform the below steps on or before 30th November, 2015
After receiving the Order Confirmation Email, go to www.redemptionsuppo...om, Enter the Redemption code to go to Claim Status page.
Click on Online Claim Submission button.
Upload the correct documents against each of the fields mentioned
• Attach copy of invoice
• Attach copy of ID proof
• Attach copy of serial no. sticker.
On clicking Next button, you will be taken to the payment gateway. Follow the steps mentioned to make the payment.
On successful payment, you will receive 2 emails:
• Payment Confirmation from www.redemptionsuppo...om website
• Auto-generated Payment Confirmation from payment gateway vendor EBS
This confirms that your documents were successfully uploaded and the payment was successfully done. Solutions (a div. of TLG India Pvt. Ltd) will then validate the documents and send an Order Approval Email within 3 working days which will contain details and timelines of gift/s delivery and steps to be followed to avail claimed gift/s. As per stated process, you will receive all your claimed item/s within 30 days after you receive Order Approval Email.

Offline Redemption Process:
Kindly ensure that all the following documents are received at our Redemption cell by 30th November, 2015, failing which claim will not be processed.
•A copy of the purchase invoice.
• A copy of ID Proof (Identity Card)
• Cut out (original copy) of the Barcode sticker from the cardboard packaging of the notebook
• A at par Cheque/DD of payable amount towards processing and handling charges (if applicable) in favour of “TLG India Pvt. Ltd.”.
Note: Please mention your Redemption Code on the courier/post that you will send and also over backside of Cheque/DD.

On receiving the documents, TLG India Pvt. Ltd will validate the documents and send an Order Approval Email within 7 days which will contain details and timelines of gift/s delivery and steps to be followed to availed claimed gift/s. As per stated process, you will receive all your claimed item/s within 30 days after you receive Order Approval Email.

Terms & Conditions for the Offer
1. Only the HP product models eligible, will be considered under this offer. Please check with your retailer on the validity of the offer on your purchase. HP will not be responsible for any miscommunication in this regard.
2. The serial number of the Notebook and the Redemption Code you get on registering at this link will be used to check validity of the offer on the Notebook .
3. The customer has to register at www.hpshopping.in/amazing...li by 16th November, 2015 and all documents have to reach Solutions (a division of TLG India Pvt Ltd) by 30th November, 2015. Claim will be Rejected if these timelines are not followed.
4. Please note that the claim will be processed ONLY if the Name on the invoice, identity proof and the name registered on the registration site is same. We request your attention to this point and request you to submit appropriate details to ensure timely claim approval.

11. The email id and mobile number should be unique for every redemption. If we get 2 or more redemptions with the same email id or mobile number, the claim will be Rejected.
12. If, for some reason, customer does not redeem products while registering, the discount offer is not applicable.
13. Once the order has been placed after registration and redemption process , that order can neither be cancelled nor modified.
14. In case of any customer issues on redemption, all attempts will be made to ensure the validity of the redemption and resolve genuine issues.
