Terms & Conditions
-The limited period promotional offer, namely 100% upto Rs.30 on Recharges or Bill Payments offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”), in respect of recharges or bill payments.
- These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in as well as the terms that are applicable to Mobile Recharge / Bill payment transactions. To the extent the Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
- This Offer is valid from June 13th, 2020 00:00 hrs to June 30th, 2020 11:59 hrs, (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.
- During the Offer Period, any customer who:
- (i) undertakes any recharge transaction or bill payment transaction in relation to any of the recharge or bill payment categories available on Amazon.in, for the connection services provided by any of the telecom service providers (“Telco”) / utility service providers on Amazon.in (“Mobile Recharge / Bill payment”); and
- (ii) makes the entire payment for the Mobile Recharge / Bill payment transaction using any electronic payment method (including credit card, debit card, net banking or Amazon Pay balance),
- will be eligible to receive a promotional cashback of an amount equivalent to 100% of the amount of the Mobile Recharge / Bill payment, subject to a maximum of INR 30.
- The cashback benefit will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card(s), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable into Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
- It is clarified that the maximum cashback that a customer can receive under this Offer is INR 30.
- This Offer can only be availed by a customer on first successful Mobile Recharge / Bill payment transaction during the Offer Period for a successful.
- This Offer is not available if the customer has availed any other Offer on the Mobile Recharge / Bill payment transaction.
- The relevant amount of cashback under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customer within 3 days of completion of the Mobile Recharge / Bill payment transaction.
- A customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback under this Offer, if the Mobile Recharge / Bill payment is cancelled, for any reason whatsoever, by the customer, by Amazon (entity that makes the Mobile Recharges / Bill payments available on Amazon.in), or by the concerned Telco / service provider.
- Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
- This Offer is available only on Mobile Recharges / Bill payments provided by select Telcos / service providers that are available and listed on Amazon.in.
- All disputes relating to service, connection, recharges or bill payments (including Mobile Recharges / Bill payment) will be resolved by the concerned Telco / service provider. All such disputes shall be resolved between the customers and the concerned Telco / service provider inter se and Amazon or any of its affiliates will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any such dispute or disagreement.
- Under no circumstances, will the cashback benefit under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof.
- By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that is connection with undertaking the Mobile Recharge / Bill payment or by using the mobile / utility service provider.
- Neither Amazon nor any of its affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, or fitness for a particular purpose or for performance of the mobile services.
- Any query/issue in relation to the availability of this Offer or the cashback benefits under this Offer will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period and should be addressed to Amazon customer support. After such date, Amazon shall not entertain any queries/issues under this Offer (including in relation to the cashback).
- These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
- Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
- Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- The customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
