1. What is the Pantry’s Buy for 2000, Get 200 cashback super saver offer and how do I avail it?
Buy any products worth ₹ 2,000 from the select set of products available on Amazon Pantry – Super Saver Store and get Rs 200 cashback. Offer is applicable only on prepaid orders during 8th February, 2021 (12:00am) to 28th February, 2021 (11:59pm).

2. Can I add other products (not eligible for the offer) also to my cart?
Yes, you can add as many Pantry products to the cart as you wish to, however, in order to get the cashback of Rs 200, the total value of the order from the offer eligible products should be ₹ 2,000.

3. How will I know which products are eligible for the promotion?
The ASINs eligible for the offer will be available on the Amazon Pantry – Super Saver Store. You will have to place an order worth ₹ 2,000 from this list of ASINs only to be eligible to get the cashback

4. How can I verify if I am eligible for the offer?
You can see at checkout (right before payment) if the Pantry 200 cashback offer is applied or not. In case, it is not applied, kindly come back to the Amazon Pantry – Super Saver Store and add more eligible products to cart and pay using any prepaid method.

5. Is a Promo code required to avail the offer and is the offer available just once per user?
No promo code is required to get the cashback if the offer conditions are met. The user needs to place 1 order worth ₹ 2,000 from the select set of products to get flat 200 cashback on the order.

6. Will this offer be over and above other offers?
This offer can be combined with other offers available on www.ama...in website or the Amazon mobile application (subject to meeting offer conditions).

7. What happens if I will return/cancel the order?
If you cancel the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys select set of products worth ₹ 2,000 under the offer and is eligible for Rs 200 cashback; however due to some reasons she decides to return Rs. 1000 worth of products, then she will be refunded Rs 100 (50% of item value returned, would lead to 50% cashback value being adjusted)

8. What happens in case of payment failure?
If you revise payment within the offer period, you will still be eligible for the offer.

9. When will I get the cashback?
The cashback will be credited in the form of Amazon Pay balance within 3 days from the date of delivery of the products.
