5) I do not see Send Money, what should I do?
Send Money is only available on mobile app for Android customers. You must have the latest version of the Amazon app downloaded from the Google Play store in order to access Send Money. You will not be able to use Send Money on desktop, iOS mobile app, tablet or mobile web. If you are not on the latest version, kindly update your app.

6) When and where will the cashback be credited?

OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) This limited period promotional offer, namely Amazon Pay UPI Send-Money Coupon offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”). This Offer is made available in relation to use of Amazon Pay Unified Payments Interface (“UPI”) handle (this handle, “Amazon Pay UPI”) on Android-based Amazon.in mobile application (“Amazon.in”).

2) These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in, as well as the terms and conditions application to the use of Amazon Pay UPI. To the extent the Conditions of Use and the Amazon Pay UPI terms, are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

5) Once received, the Eligible Customer will need to collect the Coupon through the web-link received by such Eligible Customer, through email or SMS, for the Coupon to be activated for use. This action is referred to as “Activation” for the purposes of this Offer.

6) A customer will not be eligible to receive the reward under this Offer: (a) if the Eligible Customer sends money to another UPI handle or bank account for incoming ‘collect money’ request; (b) if the Eligible Customer fails to Activate the Coupon in accordance with these Offer Terms; © if the shopping order and/or ‘send money’ transaction is cancelled for any reason whatsoever; (d) Shopping order and/or ‘send money’ transaction is not completed successfully; or (e) if the customer places an order for gift cards or loads money into Amazon Pay balance or does a bill payment or mobile recharge

7) Under this Offer and subsequent to Activation of the Coupon, any Eligible Customer who undertakes a ‘send money’ (UPI money transfer) transaction through Amazon Pay UPI to send money to any other UPI handle or a bank account, for a minimum amount of Rs. 250, will be eligible to receive a reward for an amount of Rs.100. It is clarified that the use of Amazon Pay UPI and the ‘send money’ functionality is governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

8) This Offer will only be available on the first ‘send money’ transaction made by an Eligible Customer, made subject to these Offer Terms and subsequent transactions, will not entitle the Eligible Customer to any reward or benefit under this Offer. Any customer who has availed cashback on a previous Send Money transaction will not be eligible for this Offer. It is clarified that this Offer is only applicable to ‘send money’ transactions made using Amazon Pay UPI and not to transfer of money on an incoming ‘collect money’ request.

9) It is clarified that the ability to use Amazon Pay UPI is only available on the Amazon.in mobile application on the Android platform and is not available on the Amazon.in mobile application on iOS platform or on any other medium (such as desktop website, mobile site or mobile application).

10) The reward, under this Offer, will be provided to the Eligible Customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card(s), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, which is redeemable as Amazon Pay balance. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Card and the use of Amazon Pay balance is governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

11) The reward under this Offer will be provided within 2 days from the date of the successful completion of ‘send money’ transaction during the Offer Period in accordance with these Offer Terms.

12) Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

13) In case a customer is eligible for any other competing offer(s) and is entitled to benefits under such other offer(s) in addition to this Offer, the customer will be provided with the maximum amount of benefit, from among the eligible offers (including this Offer).

14) Under no circumstances, will the reward being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof.

15) Any query / issue in relation to the reward or this Offer shall be addressed to Amazon at Amazon.in Customer Care before June 10, 2019. Post such date Amazon will not entertain any communication regarding this Offer or reward.

18) These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute in relation to this Offer.

19) This Offer is by way of a special offer for customers, who undertake a mobile recharge or bill payment transaction as well as a ‘send money’ transaction using Amazon Pay UPI.

20) Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer and any participation is voluntary. The Offer is being made available on a best effort basis.

21) Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
