1. What’s the offer construct?
Customers who purchase any myglamm product from 15th to 17th Dec will be eligible to get INR 200 amazon pay coupon which can be availed on purchase during Wardrobe refresh sale -19th dec to 23rd Dec 2018 (minimum purchase value INR 500), applicable once per user on paying using any digital payment methods (Credit / Debit Card/ Netbanking/ Amazon Pay Balance/ BHIM UPI).

2. How do I avail this cashback offer?
Once you purchase any myglamm product from 15th to 17th Dec, you will receive an email on 19th Dec with a link to collect the offer. By clicking on the ‘collect offer’ button, you will become eligible to receive the cashback on your purchase on Amazon during the Wardrobe refresh sale -19th dec to 23rd Dec 2018 (minimum purchase value INR 500). Post collecting the coupon, you have to go to the Amazon.in website or app, select the product of your choice from Wardrobe refresh sale -19th dec to 23rd & make the payment (minimum purchase value INR 500) using any digital payment method as the payment option. Please note that you will be ineligible for cashback if you transact using ‘Pay on Delivery’. No coupon codes are required.

8. When and where will the cashback be credited?

9. Is this offer available for Pay on Delivery?
No, this offer cannot be used for Pay on delivery, card on delivery or SMS pay link on delivery.

MYGLAMM OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) provided by Sanghvi Beauty & Technologies Private Limited (“Brand”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) on www.ama...in and its corresponding mobile application/site ("collectively, “Amazon.in”).
2. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) if you avail the Offer. These Offer Terms are in addition Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
3. Amazon and/or the Brand reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/ or alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
4. You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on the Amazon.in; © have a billing address in India; and (d) of an age 18 years or above.
5. This Offer is valid from December 15, 2018 to December 17, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon and/or the Brand at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
6. Subject to these Offer Terms, in order to avail the Offer, the customers must follow the below steps:
(i) Purchase any product of the Brand i.e. ‘MyGlamm’ listed on Amazon.in by the seller ‘Cloudtail India Private Limited’ (“Product(s)”) during the Offer Period and pay for such Product(s) through any electronic payment method;

(ii) Click on the link sent by Amazon pursuant to the purchase of the Product(s) on their e-mail id registered with Amazon.in and collect the coupon (“Coupon”); and

(iii) Using this coupon, make a purchase of any product on Amazon.in of a minimum amount of INR 500 during the Wardrobe Refresh Sale i.e. between December 19, 2018 and December 23, 2018 (both days inclusive), and pay for such purchase through any electronic payment method.

7. It is hereby clarified that the purchase mentioned in Section 6 (i) and (iii) above should be undertaken using any electronic payment method available on Amazon.in, and should not be completed using ‘Pay on Delivery’ payment method.
8. The purchaser(s) who follow the process mentioned in Section 6 and 7 above during the Offer Period (“Purchaser(s)”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of INR 200. Such cashback is hereinafter referred to as “Benefit”.
9. The Benefit will be provided to the Purchaser(s) in the form of Amazon Gift Card(s) (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) which will be credited to the Amazon Pay balance account of the Eligible Customer within 72 hours of the shipment of products purchased by the Purchaser during the Wardrobe Refresh Sale. The Amazon Gift Card(s) are redeemable as Amazon Pay balance and are subject to the terms and conditions available at www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nod.... 10. The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on the Amazon.in other than the Product(s). Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Product(s) which is returned or refunded by the Purchaser or if the order for such Product(s) is cancelled by the Purchaser or the seller.
11. This Offer can only be availed once by each Purchaser during the Offer Period, i.e. the first time he / she makes a purchase of the Product(s) and follows the steps mentioned in Section 6 and 7 above.
12. The Benefit offered under this Offer is provided by the Brand to the total exclusion of Amazon.
13. In the event any customer fails to meet any of the above stated eligibility criteria or any term under these Offer Terms, he/she will not be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer.
14. Any queries in relation to the Offer should be addressed directly to the Brand at and any query in relation to the Benefit should be addressed to Amazon. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, fulfillment, use or misuse of the Offer in any manner whatsoever. Amazon will not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Purchaser and Brand.
15. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the Benefit under this Offer. No requests for transfer or assignment of the Benefit under the Offer shall be entertained.
16. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms and expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
17. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
