Buy 1 Ticket and Get 1 free for all Saturday movie shows booked at www.pvrcinem...om (“Offer”). Offer valid only on online purchases made by Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card & Debit Card Customers (“Kotak Customers”).
There will be a quota of maximum 500 free tickets on every Saturday available under the offer.
The offer is valid from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019.
Each Kotak Customer can avail up to 4 free movie tickets during the offer validity.
Offer can be availed once only in 30 days. In case customer has successfully applied for offer but the transaction is not completed for some reason & booking id is not generated, it is mandatory to wait for 30 minutes after unsuccessful transaction to become eligible to avail the offer again.
Maximum discount of Rs.400/- per free ticket is available under this offer. If the price of the free ticket is more than Rs.400, the difference amount shall be paid by the Cardholder along with booking/convenience fees.
Kotak Customer can avail the Offer by booking tickets for Saturday’s shows only.
This offer is valid across all Cinemas listed at www.pvrcinem...om except PVR Director´s Cut, Gold Class, IMAX, Playhouse, 4DX, P[XL] & Opulent.
The offer is not valid on Kotak Best Price Card, Kotak Travel Agent Card, Kotak Corporate Card and Debit Cards linked to Kotak 811 accounts.
The Kotak customer will have to pay the convenience fee as levied on each ticket.
This Offer is available only to Kotak Customers purchasing the tickets directly through the PVR Website (www.pvrcinem...om) or PVR Mobile App and not via at the box-office or individual cinema sites.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other offers available on www.pvrcinem...om
Any participation in this Offer is voluntary. Kotak Customers shall not be entitled to compensation/benefits/cash in any form whatsoever in lieu of this offer. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“the Bank”) shall not be liable for any loss or damage or claims that may arise from participation by the Kotak Customers in the Offer.
The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this Offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason.
Any person availing of this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be Mumbai and subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
