Goibibo will offer free cancellation on select hotels in India to all customers who have booked by applying goKardeFC promo ONLY till 2 PM one day prior to the check-in date. For example, if the check-in is on 4th May 2016, free cancellation will be valid till 2 PM on 3rd May 2016.
The hotel cancellation policy will apply on any cancellation done by the customer after 2 PM on the day prior to the check-in date. The policy will be mentioned while making the hotel booking and in the booking confirmation voucher sent to the customer.
goKardeFC Offer can be used only 5 times using the same mail id or mobile no. Offer can be availed by a maximum of 5 hotel transactions per credit/ debit card within a period of 30 days
The Free Cancellation offer is valid for bookings made between 19th May, 2016 and 31st May, 2016 for hotels in India. Offer is applicable for checkin dates till 15th June.
Offer is valid on select hotel bookings made for hotels in India with Goibibo. Free cancellation offer will not be valid for Flight+Hotel, International Hotel Bookings, partial cancellations and modified offline (through calls).
The offer is only applicable on www.goibi...om and Goibibo mobile app (Android and iOS only).
The Free Cancellation offer can be availed for a maximum of 5 hotel cancellations per user (same email ID or phone number or both) within a period of 30 days. If the number of hotel cancellations exceeds 5, the subsequent cancellations will be charged as per the hotel cancellation policy.
Bookings made under the Free Cancellation offer will not support online modifications (including date change, name change, addition/removal of rooms and addition of guests).
User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply. Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the offer by the customer or the cancellation/claim is not eligible under the offer.
Travel agents, by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo shall not refund the booking amount.
Goibibo reserves the right, without notice or liability and without assigning any reasons whatsoever, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice.
All decisions with respect to the offer shall be at the discretion of Goibibo and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi.
The maximum liability of Goibibo in the event of any claim arising out of this offer shall not exceed the amount under the underlying transaction paid by the customer.
Goibibo shall not be liable to pay for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
