ICICI 5% Cash-back – Terms & Conditions

This marketing programme (Programme) is from ICICI Group (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Future Retail Limited (Merchant) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid ICICI Bank Debit & Credit Card (Cardholder)
The validity of the programme is from 1st July 2016 to 8th July 2016 (Both days included) unless extended by Bank and Merchant by mutual consent in writing
ICICI Cards refers to any Debit/Credit Card issued to Individual consumer shall be eligible to avail the offer.
Offer shall not be applicable on corporate cards.
Under this Programme:
A cardholder who swipes his/her ICICI Debit & Credit Card for a minimum value of Rs. 2,500/- and above can avail 5% instant discount on each qualifying transaction at the participating merchant stores (i.e., at Big Bazaar and Food Bazaar).
Maximum discount amount per ICICI Debit & Credit Card per transaction during the offer period is Rs. 300/-.
Cardholder can avail additional 5% discount on the billing value, net of discount if any, from the merchant.
Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 2,500/- on a ICICI Debit & Credit Card level will not be eligible for the offer.
One product cannot be bought and billed into two or more invoices i.e. minimum one product will have to be billed on one invoice for a minimum billing amount of Rs. 2,500/- & above to avail this offer.
Any query regarding the programme will be entertained within 3 days of billing at Big Bazaar/Food Bazaar outlets. Post such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this discount offer as mentioned in the communication.
Offer cannot be exchanged in form of cash/gifts.
Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.

All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable.
Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Programme at any time with prior notice to the Cardholders.
ICICI Debit or Credit Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programme. Any such participation will be voluntary.
