1. What is the offer?
Get 10% Instant Discount with Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Cards and, on purchase of any product listed in the Amazon Pantry or Amazon Fresh Store or More Megastore or BigBazaar on all Thursday in July 2020: 09th, 16th, 23rd and 30th July. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.

2. How can I avail this offer?
Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Cards to pay.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?
As long as Rs 1,500 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products, you will be eligible for the offer.

4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
The maximum discount possible per Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Cards across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs 200. Example: a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1500, max discount is Rs 150 b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 1500 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000 If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 150 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 50. If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 200 and Fresh would be Rs. 0. c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?
No, the discount is available only on Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Cards.

6. Can I avail discount on EMI?
No, the discount is not applicable on EMI.

7. I did not receive the discount. Why?
Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry products worth Rs 1,500 or more in your cart.

8. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?
If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment successfully within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer.
