1) What is the offer?
Do a recharge/bill payment transaction of minimum Rs 35 on Amazon.in and unlock 100% cashback upto Rs 50 on Money Transfer. Applicable for customers who only unlock this offer over email or SMS after doing their recharge/bill payment transaction on Amazon.in. Applicable once per customer during the offer period.

2) What is the offer period?
Offer can be unlocked until April 31, 2020 Unlocked offer can be redeemed until May 7, 2020

3) When will I receive my cashback?

Terms & Conditions
This limited period promotional offer, namely Money Transfer Offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and is made available to:
- (i) Select Customers who do a recharge/bill payment transaction of minimum Rs 35 on Amazon.in during 1st April – 30th April will be eligible to receive the unlocked money transfer offer.
- (ii) The offer once collected allow customers to avail 100% back up to INR 50 on money transfer of INR 1 or more during 1st April – 7th May 2020 by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”).
- These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon. To the extent the Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
- This Offer is valid from 1st April, 2020 (00:00:00 hrs) to 07th May, 2020 (11:59:59 hrs) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by APIPL in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
- During the Offer Period, any select customer who has done a recharge/bill payment transaction of minimum Rs 35 on Amazon.in and has received this Unlocked money transfer offer over email/SMS and who does a money transfer of a minimum value of INR 1 or more on or before 07th May, 2020
- (a) money transfer to any UPI handle (such as Amazon Pay, BHIM, PayTM, Google Pay, PhonePe or Bank handles),
- (b) money transfer to any Bank account plus IFSC code combination, will be eligible for the offer, each such customer will be eligible to receive a promotional cashback of 100% upto a maximum of Rs.50 in relation to the amount paid by the customer for the Eligible Transaction.
- For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the use of the Eligible Payment Method is governed by the applicable terms and conditions, which may be communicated to you at the time of using the Eligible Payment Method.
- It is clarified that a customer will NOT be eligible to receive cashback under this Offer:
- (a) if the payment is made using a payment method other than the Eligible Payment Method; and/ or
- (b) if a customer pays for incoming collect request transaction either through the Eligible Payment Method or otherwise
- It is further clarified that the minimum transaction value to be eligible to receive Unlocked-Offers under the construct is INR 35.
- Each customer can unlock offers only once by making recharge/bill payment transaction made through the Eligible Payment Method during the Offer Period. Any subsequent payment/ money transaction made during the Offer Period, will not entitle a customer to any rewards under this Offer.
- Ability to set up Amazon Pay UPI is available on the Amazon mobile application on the Android/iOS platform, has not been enabled on any other medium (like Amazon.in website or mobile web).
- The reward, under this Offer, will be provided to the customers in the form of unlocked offers for recharge/bill payment on Amazon.in. Customers will have to make the transaction across the mentioned use-cases and will be then issued cashbacks issued by Quikcilver Solutions Private Limited, which is redeemable as Amazon Pay Balance. The use and redemption of a Gift Card is governed by the applicable terms and conditions available here
- The customer will not be eligible to receive rewards under the Offer, if the payment/ money transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) either by the customer or otherwise; or (b) the payment/ money transaction fails (for any reason whatsoever).
- The cashback benefit will be provided to the Eligible Customer in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card, issued by QuikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
- The Benefit (as applicable) will be provided to the Eligible Customer in 3 business days of doing the Send Money transaction.
- The benefit under this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other similar offer for Product on Amzon.in.
- An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the benefits in accordance with these Offer Terms, only on successful payment for the recharge/bill payment transaction.
- The Offer is not applicable on purchase of the following ineligible / excluded products: Excluded products/ineligible products Laptops, TVs, Mobiles, Precious Jewellery, Furniture, Forrest Essentials, Smartphones, ovens, dishwasher, chimney, Fridges, Washing Machines, TVs, Large Appliances, Precious Jewellery, Forrest Essentials, Fridges, Silver Jewellery, Prime, Gift Cards, Load Amazon Pay Balance, mobile prepaid recharges, bill payments
- APIPL reserves the right without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
- Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- Under no circumstances, will Benefit (under this Offer) be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL.
- This Offer cannot be availed on:
- (i) purchase of the ineligible / excluded products mentioned above;
- (ii) purchase of a product on Amazon.in during the Offer Period using pay-on-delivery payment method;
- By participating in this Offer, every customer (including an Eligible Customer) expressly agrees that neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the Eligible Customers use any product purchased on Amazon.in or by making the recharge/bill payment Transaction or use of the product associated with the recharge/bill payment Transaction.
- Neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied in relation to this Offer (including, without limitation with respect to the status or provision of Benefit). You hereby release APIPL, ASSPL and their affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
- APIPL reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits under the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
- Neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Eligible Customer and the seller. All disputes relating to a recharge/bill payment Transaction will be resolved by the relevant seller only. All such disputes shall be resolved between the customers and such seller inter se.
- Any query / issue in relation to the benefits under this Offer will be entertained by APIPL only up to 14th May 2020.
- Customers are not bound in any way to participate or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
- These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
