Terms and Conditions:
1. 50% discount on 5 (Five) rides subject to a cap of INR 75 (Seventy Five) per ride for all Mastercard cardholders who registered a card on Uber prior to 1st Jan 2018 and have NOT used a Mastercard card to make payments on the Uber App, but completed at least 1 ride, between 1st Jan 2018 to 30th Jun 2018.
2. 50% discount on 5 (Five) rides subject to a cap of INR 75 (Seventy Five) per ride for all Mastercard cardholders (debit and credit) who register their Mastercard card for the first time to make payments on the Uber App.
3. Offer valid only if fares for all rides reckoned for determining the free rides are requested at least 12 hours after registering a Mastercard card on Uber for the first time and are also paid through the Mastercard card registered on Uber payment methods.
4. All offers are valid for a maximum of 5 (Five) Uber rides, excluding UberMoto and UberAuto rides, requested and paid through Mastercard cards until 23:25 Hrs on 31st December 2018.
5.This promotion may undergo change without prior notice to registered users at sole discretion of Uber and Mastercard, and any such change shall take effect upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on this page.
6.The products and services offered under this Promotion are provided solely by Uber, under such terms and conditions as determined by Uber, and Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services nor does Mastercard make a warranty of any nature whatsoever in respect of the same. Any enquiries or complaints regarding the same should be addressed to Uber.
7.The services and conditions provided by Uber to the riders are subject to the Uber terms and conditions signed up by the rider.
8.Uber reserves the right to unilaterally revoke any promotion code or free rides in case the account has been flagged for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
9.Multiple promotions or offers cannot be redeemed on the same Uber ride.
10.All risks associated with the use or benefits of the offer are borne by the customers receiving the benefits under the offer.
11.Each participant shall indemnify and hold the Mastercard and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims for negligence), liabilities, suits, damages, judgments, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) and all losses and expenses resulting or arising from or connected with any claims or actions by any third parties against Mastercard or any entity therein or their respective directors, officers, employees and agents due to any default, act, omission or negligence of such participant, including, without limitation, default in complying with these terms and conditions or any violation of any applicable law, rules and regulations by such participant.
12.Mastercard accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from any benefit or any component or item thereof or the claiming, redemption and use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax, rates or fee payment due to any authority as a result of the participation in the Offer by a participant or the collection, redemption, receipt or use of any benefit or any component or item thereof remains the sole responsibility of the customer receiving such benefits thereof. It is the responsibility of each customer receiving such benefit to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation.
