2. How can I avail the offer?
Buy from eligible products worth a total of INR 2000 or more during the offer period and pay using a prepaid payment method (debit card/credit card/net banking/Amazon Pay). Your cart can have multiple eligible products from the applicable list of products but the total order value after discounts should be worth INR 2000 or more to avail the offer.

4. Will this offer be over and above other offers?
Cashback will be computed on the product price post coupon discounts applied.

5. When will I get the cashback get credited?
The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Amazon account as Amazon Pay balance within 3 business days from date of shipping.

6. What if I cancel/return my order?
In case you place an order that is eligible for the cashback and subsequently cancel it, you will not be eligible for the offer any longer during the offer period. If you cancel/return specific items from the order that was eligible for cashback, the cancelled/returned item(s) will not be eligible for the cashback. The refund amount of the cancelled/returned item(s) will be adjusted (net off) for the cashback amount, from their purchase amount. Note that the cashback is offered at an item level on a pro-rata basis. For example, if the total order value at the time of purchase is INR 3000 (across 5 items), the cashback of INR 500 will be offered at a pro-rata basis across all 5 items (INR 100 per item). If, for any reason, you return a product worth INR 1000 from that order, for instance, the cashback against that item will be adjusted (net off) against the refund amount; hence you will receive a refund of INR 900 (INR 1000 less cashback of INR 100) In this case, even though the net order value post returns is INR 2000, you will receive only net INR 400 as cashback (not INR 500) as the cashback is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

7. Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?

8. Can I get cashback across multiple orders?
No, this order is valid only once per customer. The order value should be INR 2000 or more post discounts applied. In case an offer eligible order is placed and cancelled, the customer is ineligible for the offer on any other order placed during the offer period.

9. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?
If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.

The ‘Great India Sale Luxury Beauty Cashback offer’ (“Offer”) is provided and made available to you on the website www.ama...in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”).
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”). In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only.

The Benefit will be provided to the Purchasers in the form of Gift Card(s). The use and redemption of the Gift Card(s) is governed by the Gift Card Terms.
Notwithstanding anything above, the maximum Benefit/ Amazon Pay Balance that can be availed by a Purchaser for this promotion during the Offer Period is INR 500 per customer irrespective of number of purchases and/or the value of the Order.

The Offer is applicable only on prepaid orders.
In the event the Order is returned by the Purchaser or cancelled by the Purchaser, seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, for any reason whatsoever, the Order / purchase transaction will not qualify for this Offer and the participation of the Purchaser will be deemed withdrawn. In the event the Order is cancelled in part, the Offer may be availed only on the net amount paid by the Purchaser basis eligibility.
Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
