No, offer will NOT apply on payments made from ICICI Bank Credit Cards via PhonePe payment option.
Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?

Yes, you can avail the offer and the offer will only apply if the amount paid through ICICI Bank Cards against the eligible product(s) is equal to or more than INR 5,000 for ICICI Bank Credit Card and Credit EMI transactions.
How many times can this offer be availed?

There is no limit on the number of transactions. However, you can avail upto a maximum discount of INR 1,000 per card for the offer duration.

This offer (“Offer”) is co-sponsored by ICICI Bank and Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (“Flipkart Advanz”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively referred to as “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit Card. (“Cardholder/You/Your” and “Card”).
By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agrees to be bound by:
these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
all applicable terms and conditions of the ICICI Bank.
Offer Details

The Offer is valid from 24th February 2021 (00:00 Hours) to 28th February 2021 (23:59 Hours) (Offer Period).
To avail the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:
Age must be 18 years or above;
Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same
Purchase an eligible product.
In terms of this Offer, Cardholders are eligible to get a 10% Instant Discount on the purchase of Mobiles, Large Appliances & Electronics category on the platform using their Card during the Offer Period. You are required to check the product page of the product/s you intend to purchase and confirm offer applicability before completing your purchase.
Purchase of Product/s must be made by using your valid and current ICICI Bank retail Credit Card.
The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (NCV). The minimum NCV to avail this Offer is Rs. 5,000 for ICICI Bank Credit Cards and Credit EMI and the maximum discount per Card during the Offer Period is Rs.1000. NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions.
The Offer is also applicable on EMI transactions on ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
