How and when will we get the offer?
EGV will be credited to customer’s account within 7 working days of the transaction

How do I check if a product is an Eligible Product?
Offer is applicable on all products on the platform

Is the offer applicable on all Cards of VISA, Mastercard and Rupay Transactions?
* This offer is applicable on all Domestic and International Credit & Debit
Cards (including CC and DC EMI transactions) and Corporate Cards
Offer is NOT applicable on transactions done through UPI or Wallet Transactions

Will I get the offer if I pay through Flipkart Gift Card partially?
Yes, you can avail the offer and the offer will only be applicable if customer
uses an existing saved card of VISA, Mastercard and Rupay to pay the part
amount by giving consent for tokenization

Will I get the offer if I pay using a Card via PhonePe?
* No, the offer will NOT apply on payments made from Cards via PhonePe payment option.

How many times can this offer be applied?
* The offer is applicable only once per card saved in the customer account

Terms and Conditions:

Preliminary

1. This offer is being run by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”) and on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively referred to as “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our).
2. By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder/You agree to be bound by:
● these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
● the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any
modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the
Platform.

Offer Details

1. The Validity of the Program (Offer Period) is from 23rdst May 2022 (18:00 hrs) to 30th June 2022 (23:59 hrs)
2. Under this offer, all VISA, Mastercard and Rupay card holders who have a saved card on the platform and give us consent to tokenize the card as per RBI regulations will be eligible for INR 25 Flipkart’s EGV (“Reward”) post successful completion of the transaction on the platform
3. The offer is applicable at www.flipka...om, m.flipkart.com & Flipkart mAPP (mobile Application)
4. The offer is applicable on one card per customer
5. Flipkart’s EGV will be given irrespective of whether the customer returns or refunds the order.
6. In case a customer makes a partial payment through Flipkart Gift Card, EGV will
be given only if he completes the remaining payment using saved card of VISA,
Mastercard or Rupay by giving consent for tokenization
7.Flipkart’s EGV (under this offer) details will be directly linked to the account within 7 working days of
transaction date to phone number registered with Flipkart.
8. Offer is not applicable to already tokenized cards.9. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.

Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is valid only in India. All existing offers or discounts etc. that are being
offered on the Website can be availed by the Cardholders in addition to this
Offer.
2. These terms and conditions (‘Offer Terms and Conditions’) for this offer in addition to the Flipkart.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Flipkart.com. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.3. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
4. The Offer is not applicable for Card on delivery transactions.
5. The Savings amount cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.
6. The Offer is also applicable on International and Corporate
cards that are already saved on the platform
7. In the event orders are fully cancelled the EGV will be given if we have the consent on the saved card
8. Flipkart does not make any warranties or representation on the delivery, service, quality, quantity, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in the Offer. The sellers on the Platform shall be responsible for the same.
9. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis.
10. All applicable taxes, liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be
borne directly by the Cardholder.
