• The Golden Times Promotion (“Promo”) is being organized by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (“Organizer”). It is valid only on 250 ml, 300 ml,500 ml,600 ml, 750 ml, 1.2l, 2l, 2.25l PET bottles of brand “Pepsi, 7UP,Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Slice” plying this offer, hereinafter referred to as “Product/s”.
• Promo is valid from December 1st, 2018 to January 31st, 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana,Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra. For the purpose of determining the participating region, the circle/registration details of the mobile phone used for participating in the Promo would be the deciding factor and not the physical location of the Participant.
• In case participation is received from any region or state other than the states or regions stated above, the Organizer would be at liberty to reject such entries.
• Participation in the Promo is optional. Product without this Promo is also available.
• Promo is open to all Indian citizens residing in India, above 18 years of age (“Participant”). The Promo is not open to the employees of Organizers, their family members, Organizers’ associate companies, its bottlers, its JV partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its agents, its advertising andpromotional agencies and its auditors and their associate companies or any person who is not “competent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

1. What is the Golden Times Promotion?
Golden Times is a consumer promotion where consumer has to SMS the code under the cap (for 7UP, Pepsi, Mirinda Orange, Mountain Dew) or under the label (for Slice) and get an Assured Amazon Pay Rs. 20 Voucher and get a chance to win Gold every hour.

2. How to participate in the Golden Times Promotion?
Participant needs to purchase the product, SMS the 8-digit unique code printed behind the label or under the crown to +91 9223492234. Post sending the SMS, the participant will receive an SMS confirmation containing 17-digit code which would be counted as valid entry.

Only for Tamil Nadu: Post sending the SMS, the participant will receive an SMS confirmation containing 17-digit code, he/she is additional required to answer a question, i.e “PepsiCo I love Ponneram because________________”. Participants completes this slogan and sends it back to +91 9223492234. These entries will be judged by an independent auditor appointed by the Organizers. The entries selected by the Judges shall stand a chance to win the Mega Prize.

3. How many times one person can participate in the promotion? Can a person SMS the same code more than once?
One unique mobile number can avail the Assured Prize only once during the Promotion Period but can participate to a maximum of 10 times to win the Mega prize. However, the Participant can use one Unique Code only once.

4. Which are the pack sizes valid under the Golden Times Promotion?
Golden Times promotion is running on 7UP, Pepsi, Mirinda Orange, Mountain Dew (UTC) and Slice(UTL)-250ml,300ml,500ml,600ml,750ml,1.2L,2L,2.25L. Therearepacksavailable without the promo offer as well.

5. What is the Assured Prize for the Promotion and how can a participant avail the same?
Assured prize of Rs.20/- can be added to participant’s Amazon Pay account by entering the unique 17-digit code (received as SMS confirmation) in the space provided on at www.amazon.in/addgi...rd or on the Amazon mobile application. By clicking “Add to your balance’, assured prize of Rs.20/- will get added to the participant’s Pay account. Thereafter, the Participant will be able to see his statement on https://www.amazon.in/gp/payment/sta...nt for checking his Amazon pay balance. Assured prize is valid only once per Amazon Account. One unique mobile number can avail the Assured Prize, only once during the Promotion Period.

6. How will the winners be contacted?
Winners will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizers on his/her mobile number. The winner would be contacted thrice over a period of 48 hrs. In case the Mega Prize winner is not reachable, or the Prize cannot be redeemed by him for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to either pass on the Mega Prize to another Participant, selected through the randomizer or forfeit the Mega Prize entirely, without any further notice to the Mega Prize winner.

7. In case of Lost Label / Crown would I be able to get the Prize ?
Presentation of the original code bearing winning label / crown to the Organizer or its authorized representatives is mandatory to claim the Mega Prize. In case the code bearing winning label / crown is not presented, lost, misplaced or mutilated, the Organizer would be within his rights to pass the Prize to another Participant or to forfeit the Prize, without any further communication to the Participant. Along with the original Label / crown, identity proof, mobile number ownership proof, email id ownership proof is mandatory to claim the prizes.

8. In case of ‘Missing Code’ Or ‘Illegible Code’ in the Label / Crown?

9. I am having a problem with Amazon site and not able to redeem the code?
Please be in touch with Amazon directly at their website https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/displa...ml as they will be able to resolve the issue. Please note that you can avail Rs.20/- Amazon Pay balance only once per customer account. Validity of the voucher code is from 1st Dec 2018 to 31st Jan 2019. Participants needs to claim the same on or before 31 Jan, 2019.
