Flights Launch Offer Terms & Conditions:
1.The limited period promotional offer, namely Flights Launch Offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”) on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”). This Offer is in respect of the bookings of flight / airline tickets on Amazon.in.

2.These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of flight / airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

3.This Offer is valid from April 27, 2019 to May 02, 2019 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by APIPL in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.

4.During the Offer Period, any customer who successfully undertakes the following:
(a) book flight / airline ticket on Amazon.in (“Booking”);
(b) apply ‘FLIGHTS1500’ coupon code on the flight details page; and
© makes payment for the Booking transaction using any electronic payment method (from amongst those available for the purpose)
will be eligible to receive a cashback amount equivalent to 15% of the Booking amount (inclusive of ticket fare, taxes and convenience fee), subject to a maximum of INR 1,500.

5.The applicable amount of the cashback will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

6.The cashback (under this Offer) will be provided to the customer within 3 business days of receiving confirmation for the Booking transaction.

7.A customer can avail this Offer only once during the Offer Period and this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available on Amazon.in.

8.Cancellation:
(a) Cancellation of the entire Booking Transaction (i.e. all tickets booked under the Booking transaction): A customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback under this Offer on cancellation of the entire Booking transaction for any reason, by the customer, by APIPL, by the concerned airline or by Cleartrip Private Limited (“Cleartrip”).
(b) Partial cancellation of the Booking Transaction (i.e. only a few and not all tickets booked under the Booking transaction): A customer will not be eligible to receive cashback under this Offer on cancellation of ticket(s) for the second or further time, booked under the same Booking transaction for any reason, by the customer, by APIPL, by the concerned airline or by Cleartrip.

9.In respect of the cancellation either under Section 8 (a) or 8 (b), if the cashback has been provided to the customer, the relevant amount of cashback will be deducted from the Booking amount. For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms.

10.APIPL reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

11.A customer will be eligible to receive the cashback in accordance with these Offer Terms, only on successful payment for the Booking transaction.

12.It is clarified that this Offer is available only on the Booking of select flight operators that are available and listed on Amazon.in.

13.All disputes arising between the Amazon.in customer(s) and Cleartrip in relation to the Booking or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se between the customer(s) and Cleartrip in accordance with the applicable terms, APIPL and / or ASSPL will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between them.

14.Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL and / or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.

15.Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL and / or ASSPL.

16.By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither APIPL nor ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with the payment transaction made on Amazon.in to avail this Offer.

17.APIPL reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

18.Any query / issue in relation to the cashback under this Offer will be entertained by APIPL only up to May 02, 2019, i.e. up to the end of the Offer Period.

19.The customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

20.Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

21.These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
