Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. 
You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Mobile Application Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Mobile Application. To the extent the Mobile Application Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. Notwithstanding anything contained in these T&Cs, Amazon has a right to remove this Contest from its Website at any time in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; 
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;

(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

1. This Contest will commence on 5th June, 2018 at 6:00:01pm (IST) and end on 5th June, 2018 at 11:59:59 (IST) (“Contest Period”)

2. In order to be eligible for the Contest during the Contest Period, you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Mobile Application.

3. Amazon will be displaying three (3) wallets on the Mystery Wallets page of the Mobile Application during the Contest Period. One (1) wallet out of the 3 wallets displayed on the Mobile Application, will be a Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”). Two (2) wallets out of the 3 wallets displayed on the Mobile Application, will be a Consolation Prize (“Consolation Prize”). The number of wallets to be displayed will be at the sole discretion of Amazon.

4. To participate in the Contest, a customer must open and enter into of the three Mystery Wallets.

5. At the end of the Contest Period, the customers who open and enter the Mystery Wallets will be entitled to participate in a draw of lots. Such customers will receive an e-mail notification from Amazon with a Contest question and will be required to follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail. There will be separate draw of lots conducted for the prize behind each Mystery Wallet.

6. Amongst the customers who answer the Contest question correctly, a total of 21 participants will be declared as winners for the Contest which will be announced by 31st July 2018. The total list of prizes is as follows:
   a. Grand Prize – Rs. 1,25,000 Amazon Pay balance – 1 winner 
   b. Consolation Prize – Rs. 2,100 Amazon Pay balance – 20 winners

7. The 21 winners will be eligible for additional prizes if they have completed their minimum KYC by submitting an official valid document number (“OVD number”) for any of the documents mentioned at the page https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display...., provided that such submission is found acceptable by Amazon for completion of the customer identification process. Customers need to visit the page at http://www.amazon....vd to provide the OVD number. The total list of prizes is as follows: 
   a. Grand Prize winners receive an additional Rs. 10,000 Amazon Pay balance 
   b. Consolation Prize receive an additional Rs. 2,100 Amazon Pay balance

8. To participate in the Contest, a customer must open a Mystery Wallet by clicking it on the event page on the mobile application.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any Prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

There are a total of 21 Prizes (1 Grand Prize and 20 Consolation Prizes) that will be under this Contest i.e. 1 Prize to each of the 21 participants who are declared winners at the end of the Contest Period. The Prize will be delivered to each winner on or before 31st July 2018.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more.
