1. What is the offer?

Get Up to 10% Savings with ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Cards, on purchase of any product listed in the Super Value Day or Amazon Pantry or Fresh Store. The Offer is valid on the following dates in January 2021 i.e. 04th – 07th January. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.



2. How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved ICICI Bank Card to pay.



3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

As long as Rs. 2,000 is spent on the Credit Card (excluding Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card) and Debit Card for purchase of eligible products on each cart separately (Pantry, Fresh) you will be eligible for the offer during respective check out. For Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card there is no Minimum transaction to avail the Reward Points.

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?

Yes, the discount is available on ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards (excluding Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card).



6. Can I avail discount on EMI?

Yes, the discount is applicable on ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI Only (excluding Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card).



7. I did not receive the discount. Why?

Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry and Fresh products worth of minimum purchase value or more in each cart separately (Pantry, Fresh and Prime Now).

Example (For Debit Card):

a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000, max discount is Rs 200

b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 4000

     If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 200 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 100.
            If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 300 and fresh would be Rs. 0.

c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.



8. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?

If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment. If you revise your payment successfully within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the offer. For more information on revise payment, click here

1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is being provided to you by ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”) and is made available on the website www.ama...in, and the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).

5. The Offer will also be available for Cardholders making a purchase using the Credit Card EMI facility provided by ICICI and NOT applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI.

6. The offer is NOT applicable on Debit Card EMI transactions.

7. The maximum value of Discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 300, irrespective of the number of orders placed or number of ICICI cards/ used.

Example (for Debit Cards):

a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000, max discount is Rs 200

b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 4000

     If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 200 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 100.

     If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 300 and fresh would be Rs. 0.

c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

8. This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.

9. ICICI and Amazon reserve the right to disqualify the customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the debit card/ credit card/Net banking account.

10. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

11. ICICI and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

12. Delinquent and over-limit ICICI Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.

13. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
