AMAZON PAY STOP THE GIF CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This AMAZON PAY STOP THE GIF CONTEST (“Contest”) is provided by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and made available on the Facebook page of Amazon India accessible on https://www.facebook.com/Ama...N/ (“Facebook Page”) and the twitter handle of Amazon India accessible on https://twitter.com/am...IN (“Twitter handle”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”). Please read these these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before participating in the Contest.
You agree that by participating in this Contest you will be deemed to have accepted these T&Cs, and any other terms and conditions that may be imposed by Facebook.com (“Facebook”) and/or Twitter.com (“Twitter”) in relation to the Contest and/or the Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.
These T&Cs are in addition to the Conditions of Use of www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile application / site (“Amazon.in”) to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail with respect to the Contest only. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter into this Contest.
For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to be eligible to participate in this Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
© You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
This Contest will commence on 13th April 2018 and end on 15th April 2018 (“Contest Period”).

In order to participate in the Contest, you must:

(a) Facebook.com

(i) follow ‘Amazon India’ on the Facebook Page, where ASSPL will upload a GIF post for the Contest (“Facebook Post”);
(ii) take a screenshot of the GIF at the precise moment when the Contest advertisement, which is your answer for the Contest, is displayed; and
(iii) Comment on the Facebook Post with the aforesaid screenshot, along with the hashtag #WeekendPayAndPlay and tag @AmazonIN.

(b) Twitter.com

(i) Follow Amazon India handle on Twitter, where ASSPL will upload the GIF post for the contest
(ii) Take a screenshot of the GIF at the precise moment when the contest advertisement which is your answer for the contest is displayed
(iii) Tweet back with the aforesaid screenshot, tagging the Amazon India Twitter handle along with the hashtag #WeekendPayAndPlay
For the purpose of this Contest, every such person who has completed the steps listed under either clause 2 (a) or 2 (b) is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant”.

Contest submissions of the Participants will be reviewed by ASSPL.

At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all Participants, 5 Participants each from the ‘Facebook page’ & ‘Twitter Handle’ will be chosen by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest qualifying question (“Contest Question”) which he/ she will receive through an email

Subject to these T&Cs, if such selected Participants answer the Contest Question correctly within the time period communicated by ASSPL, each such selected Participant will be eligible to win free movie tickets for a month, and this benefit will be conferred in the form of Amazon Pay Balance of INR 3,000/- to be credited to each selected Participant’s Amazon.in account (" Prize").

The Prize amount has been calculated assuming six movies for a couple in a month and assuming an average spend of INR 500/- for each such movie. In respect of the Prize, it is hereby clarified that the Prize has been allocated for movie tickets; however the amount of the Prize can be used to make any other purchases using Amazon Pay.

Each Participant will be eligible for winning only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for ASSPL. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER PROMOTIONS:
Please note that we may be running similar contests at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other contest unless you enter each contest separately.

PRIZES:
There are a total of 5 Prizes each on the ‘Facebook page’ & ‘Twitter handle’ (Total 10 prizes) that will be distributed under this Contest, i.e., 1 Prize to each winner of the Contest. A participant will be eligible to win only if he/she has participated in the Contest in the manner provided under the ‘Details of the Contest and How to Enter’ section above.

You agree and acknowledge that ASSPL will not have any role in providing the Prize(s) or delivery of the Prize(s) to the selected winner(s) and that you shall not have any claim against ASSPL with respect to the same or with respect to any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest and/ or the Prize awarded hereunder or any information thereof. ASSPL will not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Participant and / or APIPL.

Any graphics of the Prizes as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest are for representation purposes only. The actual Prizes may differ in form and there are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.

PRIZE DRAWING:
ASSPL will reach out to the lucky winner(s) with a communication to claim the Prize(s) before 20th April 2018. The Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) on or before 30th April, 2018 by APIPL and all contents of the Prize(s) are as decided by APIPL.
The drawing for selection of the winner(s) of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. ASSPL will contact the selected Participants by e-mail and such selected Participants will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The selected Participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Each Prize will be awarded by APIPL on an “AS IS” basis and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond control, APIPL may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by ASSPL, or answers the Contest Question incorrectly, he/ she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize. The selected Participant will also be required to prove his/ her age, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest. In such cases, another Participant will be selected by a random draw of lots who will further be required to answer the Contest Question correctly within a time period which would be communicated to the selected Participant by ASSPL, in order to be declared winner of the Contest.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and How to Enter’ section above.
