How will the cashback get credited if the order is partially fulfilled?

In the event of item(s) rejected or returned by the Purchaser, or/and item(s) refunded to the Purchaser, the order will remain eligible as per the order value at the time of placing order, but the cashback would be calculated proportionally as per the final order value. However, in the event such order is fully cancelled by either the Purchaser or the seller, the Purchaser will not be eligible to receive any cashback.

Prime Now “Flat 20% back” Promotional Offer – Terms & Conditions
This limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided and funded by Cloudtail India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Cloudtail”) and made available on the Prime Now mobile application (hereinafter referred to as, “Prime Now App”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”)

These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Prime Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice as available on the Prime Now App to which you agree by using the Prime Now App and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”). To the extent the Prime Now Service Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale, and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. The cashback under the Offer will be credited to the Amazon.in accounts of the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Pay Balance within 10 (ten) working days of the delivery of the Order.

“Amazon Pay Balance” is a sum of all the balances associated with Amazon.in Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) in your Amazon.in account and all balances added as Money as Amazon pay balance (“**Money Balance”). In the event any item(s) in the eligible order is cancelled or substituted by Cloudtail, the order will remain eligible on the total value of the original order placed by the Purchaser/ New Purchaser. However, in the event of products(s) are rejected or returned by the Purchaser/New Purchaser, the order will remain eligible as per the order value at the time of placing order, but the cashback would be calculated proportionally as per the final order value (i.e. excluding the value of the product(s) rejected or returned by the Purchaser/ New Purchaser). Further, in the event such order is fully cancelled by either the Purchaser/ New Purchaser or Cloudtail or Amazon, the Purchaser/ New Purchaser will not be eligible to receive any cashback.

Each seller cart in Prime Now App is an individual order.

This Offer is applicable only on Prime member’s orders placed on the NOW-Store.
