TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Spot the Fact contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Lenovo (India) Private Limited (“Lenovo”/ “Brand”) and is made available on the Amazon mobile application (“Mobile Application”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon” / “ASSPL”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.
You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
© You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:

This Contest will commence on September 22, 2016 at 12:00 pm (IST) and ends on September 22, 2016 at 08:00 pm (IST) (“Contest Period”).

In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Mobile Application.

Amazon will be displaying 10 Lenovo fact cards during the Contest Period at a regular time intervals of one hour. The position of the fact card will be shuffled every hour. To participate in the Contest, a customer must earn points by spotting the fact cards (details mentioned herein below) and clicking on them across various products detail pages on the Mobile Application. There will be 10 kinds of cards displayed on the Mobile Application each with different points value:

A customer will be entitled to select a maximum of 80 cards during the Contest Period. That is, a participant can earn a maximum of 18, 800 points during the Contest Period.

The top 10% of the point earners during the Contest Period will be eligible for a draw of lots. A total of 10 participants will be selected as winners by a random draw of lots for the Contest and will receive an e-mail from Amazon with a Contest question. If you answer correctly to the question and follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail you will be entitled to winning a Lenovo Z2 Plus mobile phone (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”).

A total of 10 participants will be selected as winners by a random draw of lots for the Contest which will be announced by 7th October.

Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest each.
