Ans. Discount is the price of product with lowest value. Ex:
a) If offer is ‘buy 2 get 3rd free’ and you buy products worth Rs.500, Rs.400 and Rs.300 then the item with price Rs.300 will be free. Hence you have to pay Rs. 900
b)If offer is ‘Buy 1 at 10% off or buy 2 get 3rd free’ and you buy 1 item worth Rs. 500, then you will get 10% discount and you have to pay Rs.450. However, if you buy 3 items worth Rs.500, Rs.400 and Rs.300 then the item with price Rs.300 will be free. Hence you have to pay Rs. 900.
c) If offer is Buy 2 get 3rd at 50% off, then you will get 50% off on item with price of Rs.300. Hence you have to pay Rs.1050.
