DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
These T&Cs are applicable to the following two Contests:

Contest I
(i) Contest I will commence on May 4, 2018 and end on May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) (collectively, “Contest I Period”) and will be conducted on a weekly basis during the Contest I Period for the following weekly periods:
(a) May 4, 2018 to May 10, 2018;
(b) May 11, 2018 to May 17, 2018;
© May 18, 2018 to May 24, 2018; and
(d) May 25, 2018 to May 31, 2018.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that during the Contest I Period will be deemed to be divided into four (4) weeks.
(ii) In order to be eligible for Contest I, during any of the four (4) specified weeks (mentioned under clause 1 (i) sub-clauses (a) to (d)) of the Contest I Period, you must:
(a) purchase any product(s) on Amazon.in (each a “Product”), except for the excluded / in ineligible products listed below, provided that your order for the Product(s) should not have been cancelled, returned or rejected (at any time or for any reason whatsoever) by either you, the concerned seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (entity operating Amazon.in); and
(b) make the payment for the Product on Amazon.in using any electronic payment method, such as debit card, credit card, net banking, Amazon Pay balance, UPI & EMI and excluding pay-on-delivery.
For the avoidance doubt, in the event you select the pay-on-delivery payment option for the Product(s), you will not be eligible for Contest I.
For the purpose of this Contest I, a person who has completed both of the steps listed under clause (1) (ii) is referred to as “Contest I Eligible Participant”.
(iii) In relation to clause 1 (ii) (a) above, the following products are excluded / ineligible and a purchase of such ineligible products will not entitle you to participate in this Contest I: Contest I is not valid on the purchase of Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon Pay Balance, gold coins, RBL bank cards, bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs), annual Prime membership, precious jewelry and/or Samsung mobile and tablet devices (except for Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro mobile devices), mobile recharges, utility payments, tickets (travel, movie and event) and hotel bookings.
(iv) At the end of each specified week of the Contest I Period, amongst all Contest I Eligible Participants, one hundred (100) Contest I Eligible Participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest I qualifying question (“Contest I Question”), which they will receive from Amazon or its affiliates, through an email or phone call. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be a separate Contest I Question for each specified week of the Contest I Period.
(v) Subject to these T&Cs, each of the Contest I Eligible Participants who answer the Contest I Question (for the week during which they are eligible to participate in Contest I) correctly and within the stipulated time period, will be eligible to receive Amazon Gift Cards issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“Gift Cards”) worth INR 1,000 (“Contest I Prize”), redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account.
(vi) There will be four (4) Contest I Prizes in total, one (1) for each specified week of the Contest I Period.
Contest II
(i) The Contest I will commence on May 4, 2018 and end on May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Contest II Period”).
(ii) In order to be eligible for Contest II, during the Contest II Period you must:
(a) purchase any Products on Amazon.in except for the excluded / ineligible products listed below, provided that your order for the Product(s) should not have been cancelled, returned or rejected (at any time or for any reason whatsoever) by either you, the concerned seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (entity operating Amazon.in);
(b) make a minimum of two (2) purchase transactions of the Products during the Contest II Period.
© make the payment for all purchase transactions of the Products made during the Contest II Period on Amazon.in using any electronic payment method, including debit card, credit card, net banking, Amazon Pay balance, UPI and EMI and excluding pay-on-delivery.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the payment for all purchase transactions must be made using an electronic payment method to be eligible for this Contest II, and not only for the minimum number of two (2) transactions required to be made for participating in this Contest II.
In the event you select the pay-on-delivery payment option for the Product(s), you will not be eligible for Contest II.
For the purpose of this Contest II, a person who has completed the steps listed in clause 2 (ii) (a) and (b) is hereinafter referred to as a “Contest II Eligible Participant”.
(iii) In relation to clause 2 (ii) (a) above, the following products are excluded / ineligible and a purchase of such ineligible products will not entitle you to participate in this Contest II: Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon Pay Balance, gold coins, RBL bank cards, bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs), annual Prime membership, precious jewelry and/or Samsung mobile and tablet devices (except for Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro mobile devices), mobile recharges, utility payments, tickets (travel, movie and event) and hotel bookings.
(iv) At the end of the Contest II Period, out of all the Contest II Eligible Participants, one (1) Contest II Eligible Participant will be selected by a random draw of lots and will be required to answer the Contest II qualifying question (“Contest II Question”) which he/she will receive from Amazon, through an email or phone call. If he/she answers the Contest II Question correctly and within the stipulated time period, he/she will be eligible to receive INR 5000 of Amazon Pay Balance per month for the next 12 months starting from June 30, 2018 (“Contest II Prize”), which will be provided in the form of equivalent amount of Gift Cards.
(Contest I and Contest II are herein after individually referred to as “Contest” and collectively as “Contests” and Contest I Prize and Contest II Prize are herein after individually referred to as “Prize” and collectively as “Prizes”))
MAILING LIST:
By entering these Contests (or either of them), you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon or its affiliates. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page on Amazon.in.

OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that similar contests or promotions may be running at the same time as these Contests. By entering into these Contests (or either of them), you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/or prize awarded in the other contest or any other promotion/ contest, unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately. Also, in order to participate in either Contest I or Contest II, you must satisfy the eligibility and conditions for the respective Contest. It is additionally clarified that by participating in Contest I you will be eligible for the Contest I Prize only and shall not have any right to claim Contest II Prize, unless you have separately participated in Contest II.

PRIZES:

There are a total of:
(i) four hundred (400) Contest I Prizes i.e. one hundred (100) for each specified week of the Contest I Period which will be distributed separately for each specified weekly period in the following manner:
(a) For the weekly period May 4, 2018 to May 10, 2018, the Contest I Prizes will be distributed on or before June 1, 2018.
(b) For the weekly period May 11, 2018 to May 17, 2018, the Contest I Prizes will be distributed on or before June 8, 2018.
© For the weekly period May 18, 2018 to May 24, 2018, the Contest I Prizes will be distributed on or before June 15, 2018.
(d) For the weekly period May 25, 2018 to May 31, 2018, the Contest 1 Prizes will be distributed on or before June 22, 2018.
(ii) one (1) Contest II Prize.
All the Contest I Prizes will be distributed in the manner specified in clause 1 (i) above and the Contest II Prize will be given on/or before June 30, 2018. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning in a particular Contest depend on the number of eligible entries received for the respective Contest. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the “Details of the Contest and the How to Enter” section above.

PRIZE DRAWING:
The drawing for selection of the participants for the Contest I Prize will be aggregated within eight (8) business days from the end of each specified week of the Contest I Period. Further, the drawing for selection of the participant for the Contest II Prize will be completed within eight (8) business days from the end of the Contest II Period. Amazon will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. The Prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If applicable, in the event any selected participant does not respond back to any communication(s) sent in relation to a Contest within the time period communicated by Amazon, or answers any of the Contest I Questions or Contest II Question incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to receive the Prize under Contest I or Contest II respectively. The selected participants will also be required to prove his/her age, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the said Contest.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Contests at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contests should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our reasonable control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contests or submission of entries.
We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contests, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contests; © any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contests.
We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of any of the Contests or Amazon.in; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or © acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entrey methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account associated to the Amazon.in account used to enter the Contests at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. Except as provided herein, no benefits/ prizes greater than those described in the “Description of the Contest and How to Enter” section above in these T&Cs will be awarded.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Amazon may communicate with you in relation to these T&Cs or these Contests, through itself or through its affiliates, and you hereby agree and give your consent to be communicated. The Contests are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Contests and all accompanying materials are © 2018 by Amazon, or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the Prize(s) shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the Contests are final and binding on you. Failure by Amazon to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of Amazon shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

FORCE MAJEURE
These Contests are subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Amazon (“Force Majeure Event”). Amazon shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in these Contests as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By participating in these Contests, you give Amazon or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to these Contests (or either one of them) and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that Amazon and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release Amazon and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to Amazon and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote these Contests and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE:
These Contests are being made purely on a ‘best effort’ basis and participation in these Contests (or either one of them) is voluntary. By participating in these Contests (or either one of them), you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Amazon, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Amazon for any matters in relation to these Contests (or either of them), including the Prizes. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under these Contests (or either one of them), in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in these Contests, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
The names of the selected participants under Contest I will be announced within eight (8)business days from the end of each specified week of the Contest I Period. Further, the name of the selected participant under Contest II will be announced within eight (8)business days from the end of the Contest II Period.
