Terms and Conditions of Use of Expedia Voucher Code:

  1. The voucher code "EXPEDIABIGSALE" issued by Expedia (“Voucher”) may be used by a customer to enjoy a discount (“Discount”) when booking selected hotels (“Eligible Hotel”) on http://www.expedia.co.in (the “Website”) and the Expedia Mobile App.
  2. The amount of Discount is based on the length of hotel stay as set out in the table above, and shall not exceed INR 2,400. The Voucher can be applied only towards Eligible Hotel bookings with a minimum booking value of INR 4,800 (excluding taxes, fees and other charges).
  3. The Voucher cannot be redeemed against flight only, car only or package (flight+hotel) bookings.
  4. The Voucher is valid when booking on the Website and the Expedia Mobile App, and not on any other Expedia website or platform.
  5. If you choose the option (if any) to pay for an Eligible Hotel directly upon the completion of your stay, and not upfront at the time of booking, the Voucher will not be valid.
  6. The Voucher cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  7. The Voucher cannot be used for any booking previously made and will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. If booking is amended in any way after the use of the Voucher, including (without limitation) amendments to stay dates, the Voucher will not apply to the revised booking.
  8. The Voucher has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. Improper use of the Voucher including but not limited to publication or selling of the Voucher is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
  9. By making the booking, the customer agrees to be bound by any additional terms and conditions at the time of booking and all bookings are subject to availability.
  10. Only one Voucher per transaction may be used. In a multiple-room booking, the discount will only be applied to one room.
  11. Employees of Expedia group companies or any other person professionally connected with this promotion may not use the Voucher.
  12. Expedia reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Voucher or to withdraw the Voucher at any time. Expedia's decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
  13. AAE Travel Pte Ltd (Company Registration Number 201113337M), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Singapore (“Expedia”) having its registered office at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower Singapore 048623, is the promoter of this promotion.
  14. The Voucher may only be used by Indian residents aged 18 and over. The Voucher is void where prohibited by law.
  15. If Expedia becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in Expedia’s reasonable opinion), that a customer: (a) made multiple bookings on the Website or the Expedia Mobile App using the Voucher with a view to re-selling any accommodation; or (b) otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Expedia may, in its absolute discretion, cancel all bookings made by the customer using the Voucher without giving any reasons thereon.
  16. For avoidance of doubt, this Voucher can only be used by a customer making a booking directly on the Website or the Expedia Mobile App, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
  17. In the event of inconsistency between the English language version of these terms of use and any other language translations, the English language version shall prevail.
  18. The laws of Singapore govern the terms of use for the Voucher and the customer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
