How many times can this Offer be availed?

· This offer (‘Offer’) is co-sponsored by SBI Bank and Flipkart Advanz Private Limited (‘Flipkart Advanz’) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively
referred to as ‘Platform’), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart, We or Our). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Bank Credit & Debit Card (‘Cardholder/You/Your’ and ‘Card’).

By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agrees to be bound by:
o these terms and conditions (‘T&C’);
o the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
o all applicable terms and conditions of the SBI Bank.

Offer Details
· The Offer is valid from 24th October 2020 (20:00 Hours) to 28th October 2020 (23:59 Hours) (Offer Period).
· To avail the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:-
· Age must be 18 years or above;
· Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same
· Purchase an eligible product.

In terms of this Offer, Cardholders are eligible to get Instant Discount of 10% up to a maximum discount of INR 1250 per card (‘Discount’) on the purchase of selected Television, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs and Seasonal Appliances using SBI Credit Card during the Offer Period.
· Purchase of Product/s must be made by using your valid and current SBI Bank Credit Card.
· The Discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (‘NCV’). The minimum NCV to avail this Offer is INR 3,000. NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable Savings and exchange offer redemptions.
· In case partial payment is made through Flipkart Gift Card, Offer will apply only on the amount paid through the SBI Bank Cards against the purchase of eligible products, provided such amount equals or exceeds INR 3,000.
