This Offer (defined below) is being run by a seller, SuperComNet (“Seller”) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all two collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
By participating in this Offer, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-v...er) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 25th July 2019 to 23:59 hrs on 25th July 2019 (“Offer Period”).
To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:

Purchase products from Flipkart Supermart (“Products”) for Rs. 600 or more in a single transaction during the Offer period
Offer is applicable on Flipkart Supermart orders in Bangalore only
In terms of the Offer and on fulfilling the above-mentioned conditions the customer will get Rs 100/- instant discount.
Shipping charges will apply as per policy
The Offer will be automatically applied on all the products of Flipkart Supermart during the Offer Period. To checkout basket value has to be min. 600.
Offer is not applicable on Infant Milk Substitute and Infant Foods.
The Offer is valid on all modes of payment
The Discount can be availed only once by You during the Offer period and only against one transaction during the Offer Period

This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart/Sellers harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till July 30th, 2019. Post such date Flipkart/Sellers will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
