• * When can I start availing the Pass benefits?*

Once you purchase the Pass, you can avail the benefits from the 1st of the upcoming month.

Example: If you buy the Pass in April, you can avail the benefits from 00:00 hrs on 1st May.

• * How will the Pass be delivered to me?*

The Pass will be delivered to your registered email address. There won’t be any physical delivery or coupon/voucher of the Pass.

• * On which products are the pass benefits applicable?*

The Pass benefits are applicable on Grocery products offered by the seller SuperComNet on Flipkart Supermart excluding Infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles and infant foods.

• * How many times can I avail the discount in a month?*

You can avail the discount once per month over a single transaction.

• * How do I get to know if the discount has been applied?*

The discount would apply automatically on a Grocery order of minimum order value or above. No coupon or voucher code needs to be applied.

Example: If the Minimum order value for your Pass is Rs.1000, the discount would automatically apply once the order value is Rs.1000 or above.

• * Does the discount benefit carry forward from one month to next?*

No, discount value cannot be carried forward from one month to the next.

Example: If a customer has not availed the Pass Discount of Rs.100 in the month of May, it cannot be combined with next month’s discount to avail Rs.200 in June.

• * What is the cancellation policy?*

The Pass cannot be cancelled / returned once it has been purchased.

• * Can I buy 2 passes simultaneously?*

No, only 1 Savings Pass can be bought per Customer Account at a time. You shall be eligible to purchase a new Passonce the validity period of your current Pass is over.

• * Can I buy the Grocery Savings Pass without placing a Grocery order at the same time?*

Yes, the Grocery Savings Pass can be purchased standalone without placing a Grocery order at the same time.

• * Who is eligible to buy Grocery Savings Pass?*

The Pass is available on a first-come-first-served basis to all Flipkart customers.

• * I have purchased the Pass, but I’m not able to avail the discount as Supermart is not delivering in my pincode?*
