Terms and Conditions
This marketing programme (Programme) is from SBI CARDS AND PAYMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Future Group (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid SBI Card (“Cardholder”).
The validity of the programme is from 29th April 2016 to 4th May 2016 (Both days included) unless extended by SBICPSL and Merchant by mutual consent in writing.
Under this Programme:
A cardholder who swipes his/her SBI Card for a minimum value of Rs. 2,500/- and above can avail 5% instant discount on each qualifying transaction at the participating merchant stores (i.e., at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar and Fashion @ Big Bazaar).
Maximum discount amount per SBI Card per transaction during the offer period is Rs. 500/-.
Cardholder can avail 5% additional discount on the billing value, net of discount if any, from the merchant.

Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 2,500/- on a SBI Card level will not be eligible for the offer.
One product cannot be bought and billed into two or more invoices i.e., minimum one product will have to be billed on one invoice for a minimum billing amount of Rs. 2,500/- & above to avail this offer.
All STYLEUP Cardholders will get this 5% additional discount, over & above the existing 10% discount on apparel category. That is, 5% off on all department/ Grocery products & 10% + 5% discount on all fbb products across Big Bazaar & fbb outlets
Any query regarding the Programme will be entertained till 4th May 2016. Post such date, SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder.
Any query regarding the non receipt of instant discount, the cardholder is required to bring to the notice of the respective store manager on or before 4th May 2016. Post such date, SBICPSL/Merchant will not entertain any correspondence or communication in any manner from any cardholder.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this discount offer as mentioned in the communication.
Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant
SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable.
Any disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim againstSBICPSL.
SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Programme at any time with prior notice to the Cardholders.
SBI credit Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programme. Any such participation will be voluntary.
The Programme is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only.
