2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail, with respect to this Offer only.

4. This Offer is valid from July 23, 2018 to October 6, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon, without prior notice and without any liability.

5. During the Offer Period, Amazon will share coupon codes with select customers, who will be entitled to receive a discount of 11% on the buy box price of a new Kindle E-Reader available on Amazon.in.

6. A customer shall receive the benefit under this Offer only once (i.e. the 11% discount can be availed on only one unit of a new Kindle E-Reader) during the Offer Period.

7. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Offer is not valid on certified refurbished Kindle E-Readers.

8. This Offer is not valid on the Kindle E-Readers sold by Cloudtail India.

9. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers or promotions that are being run on Amazon.in whether on Kindle E-Readers or otherwise.

10. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

11. The benefit under this Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods or services. Further, the benefit under this Offer is not for resale.

12. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that he/ she may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.

13. Any query / issues regarding the Offer will be entertained by Amazon only during the Offer Period. Post the expiry of the Offer Period, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the benefits under this Offer, from any person.

14. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all and/or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

15. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

16. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

17. Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort basis’.
