  • Order confirmation via SMS will be sent within 24 hrs by Jio to Giftee Mobile No
  • After getting order confirmation, Giftee can visit nearest Jio store/Reliance store with KYC documents
  • At the store during redemption to get JioPhone, OTP will be sent on the mobile number shared at the time of placing Jio Phone Gift Bundle order. Giftee has to share the OTP with the store person
  • Cancellation is not allowed (No Refund/replacement)
