TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)

This is a Being Human brand day offer, which shall take place on the Myntra’s app, starting 27th Dec, 2020 at 00:00 hours till 00:00 hours on 28th Dec, 2020 (“Offer Period”). The offer is subject to changes, at the absolute discretion of Myntra and the Brand.
Top 20 spenders with the highest amount of purchase, from the Being Human products (“Eligible Products”) on the Platform will get a Salman Khan signed merchandise.
The winners will be announced post 30 days of sale on actual realized value, on https://www.facebook.com/...ra
These products will be shipped by the brand to the customers.
PRELIMINARY

This offer (“Offer”) is being run by Being Human Clothing (“Brand”) and on Myntra Mobile (“Platform”),
By participating in this Offer, user (“You”, “Your”, “Customer” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by the following:
the Offer terms and conditions below (“T&C”)
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
all applicable terms and conditions of the Brand
OFFER DETAILS

The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 27th Dec, 2020 and end at 00:00 hrs on 28th Dec, 2020 (“Offer Period”).
To participate in the Offer You must to do/ fulfill the following:
Age must be 18 years or above; and
Must have a valid account on the Platform, log into the same and shop from the Eligible Products during the Offer Period.
In terms of this Offer, the top 20 spenders (“Winners”) with the highest amount of purchase (net of cancellations/refunds/discounts/cashbacks etc.) from the Brand’s products (“Eligible Products”) on the Platform will win for himself/herself the below-mentioned rewards;
Top 20 winners will get a Salman Khan signed merchandise by 27th of February, 2020.________ (“Redemption Period”).

Once the Winners are selected, the Winner will be contacted 2 times by Myntra over a period of One (1) week to inform him/her of the win through call, SMS and/or email. In the event that the Winner does not respond in the 2 tries, the Winner shall forfeit the Prize and a substitute Winner shall be chosen.
In case of a tie, the Winners will be selected on the sole discreation of Myntra.
You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Myntra or Brand shall not be responsible in any manner.
In the event any Winner cancels the order for the Products placed during the Offer, he/she shall not be eligible for the Prize.
