Need Help - Action Against FOODPANDA

Hi Guys,
I have order a dinner and done a transaction of amount of Rs 297 to food through PAYTM UPI but order was failed because of transaction failed. I have checked in my bank account amount was deducted and PAYTM also confirmed it was success from their end… Payment was transferred to Foodpanda and they provided the UPI ID also but Foodpanda saying it was failed from their end and they have checked their gateway as well still saying payment was not cached in their gateway.. Now I have to know where is the amount Rs 297 went ? is it disappeared ???
Now FoodPanda is asking my bank statement to check further.. I said I cant provide because all my personal transactions was there ..without statement they said they cant move further… Now I feel foodpanda is cheating the customer money and also I got irritated from foodpanda customer executives chat ..they dont have any proper customer care support or contact number..
Now I am planing to do some high level escalation about cheating customer money to some department…
Want to know how we can proceed further…
