The offer is valid ONLY on EMI transactions.
Minimum purchase amount INR 20,000.
Maximum discount of INR 2,000: On OnePlus 7Pro
Maximum discount of INR 1,500: On OnePlus 7

The offer is valid for only one phone per card.
Any cancelled, rejected or returned order(s) will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order will be adjusted with the instant discount amount.

How can I avail this offer?
There are no other special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process and use your saved ICICI or Citi Bank Credit card to pay.

What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?
The minimum transaction amount to avail the offer is Rs.20,000. The discount will be calculated on the net amount paid on the card for OnePlus 7 Pro or OnePlus 7 smartphone (after an exchange offer, if applied) in a single transaction.

Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?
Yes, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both as long as a minimum of Rs 20,000 is spent on the card.

Can I avail discount on card payment for cash on delivery order? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?
COD and Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.

Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get Instant Discount provided that your ICICI Debit/Credit Card EMI or Citi Credit Card EMI is charged for a minimum amount of INR 20,000. For example, if total transaction amount is INR 30000, and INR 1,000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 29,000 is paid using Citi Bank Credit Card, then instant discount would be given. Similarly, if INR 15,000 is paid using APay balance and INR 15,000 is paid using Citi Credit Card, then customer would not get any discount because the amount paid using the Card is less than INR 20,000.

Is the offer applicable on debit and credit cards?
Yes, the offer is available on ICICI Debit/Credit Card EMI and on Citi Bank Credit Card EMI.
What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
The maximum discount possible per ICICI Debit/Credit Card EMI or Citi Bank Credit Card EMI is Rs.2,000 and Rs.1,500 on OnePlus 7 Pro or OnePlus 7 smartphone respectively.

What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful purchase. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. However, if you place another order within the offer period, you shall get instant bank discount subject to offer eligibility.

Can I avail the offer on NON-EMI transactions?
No, the offer is only applicable on ICICI Debit /Credit Card and Citi Bank Credit Card EMI and is not applicable on NON-EMI purchase.
My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?
