Checklist Before you make a Claim:
The other offer must be for the same property, room type and meal plan.
The other offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates.
The other offer must have the same cancellation policy and conditions.
The final customer pay price is compared inclusive of all taxes on the payment page.

How do I claim the refund?
Take a screenshot of the OYO website/app reflecting a lower price on or before 18th August 2019.
Along with the screenshot (sample below), mail the URL (in case of website) and your booking ID to , with the subject line Best Price Guarantee Claim.
Once your claim is verified, we’ll refund you the price difference to OYO wallet/ virtual wallet / bank account depending on the mode used at the time of booking.
Please note that you can’t claim the refund if the other offer is part of a loyalty/rewards program or cash back campaign, and if the other offer is an exclusive special promotion or deal.

Terms & Conditions
This offer is applicable only select dates in India.
The offer is applicable only for bookings made on 6th and 7th August and applies to check-in dates of 9th August- 18th August. Any claim raised after 18th August will not be considered.
The claim should be made before 24 hours from check-in date.
The offer does not apply to prices on non-OYO booking platforms/ websites. The offer is applicable only for prices on OYO Web and App. 
The claims can be made only against an existing hotel booking made. 
Refund will not be given for cancelled bookings.
The comparison will be on the Room Charges (including taxes and extra guest charges) before application of OYO wallet/ Money, OYO Rupee and OYO Wizard discount. 
The guarantee is applicable if the other offer matches exactly with the booking. That means it has to be for the same property, same room type having same inclusions, same cancellation and refund policy, same check-in and check-out date.
The offer does not apply if the lower price is found after applying specific coupon, voucher or cashback at the  website.
The lower rate must be quoted online in Indian rupees. Maximum compensation is limited to Rs 10,000 in a month per user and only up to 1 claim against each booking. 
The refund will happen first to OYO wallet (in case wallet was used at the time of booking). In case partial amount has been paid towards the booking, the amount of balance payable will be reduced to the extent of amount of refund. 
The refund will be processed within 30 days of claim raised.
