• Scheme applicable only for travel in the Rapid Metro system
• Valid only on common Smart Card with DMRC
• All journeys undertaken by the commuter would qualify on a single travel card only
• One trip equivalent to one journey in Rapid Metro system
• Scheme valid till 30th June 2016
• To get cash back for qualifying commuters, one time Successful registration is mandatory by commuter at Customer Care counter of any Rapid Metro station.
• Modalities of cash back would be administered through Paytm for which commuters would need to create a Paytm wallet on their cell phone registered with Rapid Metro at the time of enrolment. Alternate measures may be introduced in the future .
• Cash back will happen on or before 10th of the following calendar month .
• No claims will be entertained post 15th July 2016
• Lucky Draw will be for 200 commuters every month, 100 each in the specific segments
• Count of Rapid Metro for every Smart Card would be final & binding
• This scheme will not run in parallel with any other scheme during this period
• All decisions taken by Rapid Metro will be final & binding
