Please Help Can't Contact Myntra Customer Care

I have Tried contacting Myntra over phone: +918061561999 for last three days. I have emailed them through WebApp but only got got email received confirmation. No one contacted me back.

My Myntra Exchange (size change) got stuck because the delivery guy thought tag was missing. Later I found that tag fell out of that Myntra package. I contacted the delivery guy but he said  he reported Tag missing….so until Myntra pre-approved the Exchange he can’t do anything.

I am regretting using Myntra as their customer care is almost non- existing.

Guys PLEASE HELP.
