While your Amazon.in cart may have multiple items / products, you will be eligible for this Offer only on the products which are part of the Small Business Day promotions. Example: If the order value is INR 6000, but the cumulative value of products under Small Business Day promotion is only INR 3000, you will be eligible for a cashback of INR 300 (10% of 3000).

No, there is no minimum order value. 
5.What is the maximum cashback I can get?
