2. What is the minimum transaction size for the discount?

The minimum transaction amount to be eligible for Instant Discount is INR 5,000. 
For HDFC Debit EMI, the minimum amount is INR 10,000

3. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount per card across Amazon.in Site and App is INR 2,000

4. What if I cancel/return the product?
   Offer is not applicable if the order is cancelled, or product is returned. Only net amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded.

5. Can I avail discount on card payment for cash on delivery order? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?

Net Banking and Card Payment on COD transactions are NOT included in this Offer.

6. Can I get this offer even with Exchange?

Yes, you can avail this offer even if the transaction involves exchange of an old product.

7. Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?

Yes, you would get Instant Discount but only on the amount charged on your Card. Also, to avail instant discount, your Card should be charged for a minimum amount of INR 5,000. For example, if total transaction amount is INR 8000, and INR 1,000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 7,000 is paid using Card, then instant discount would be given on INR 7,000 and not INR 8,000. Similarly, if INR 7,000 is paid using APay balance and INR 1,000 is paid using Card, then customer would not get any discount because the amount paid using Card is less than INR 5,000. 
Customer cannot choose Apay Balance as part payment for an EMI transaction.
