How can I avail this offer?
Buy products from the categories listed above worth INR 2500 or more during the offer period and pay using a prepaid payment method (debit card/credit card/net banking/Amazon Pay). Your cart can have multiple eligible products but the total order value after discounts should be worth INR 2500 or more to avail the offer.

Is a coupon code required to avail the offer?
No, The customer needs to add Home products into his/her cart and place the order. Customer will see the cashback being applied on the checkout page.

Will this offer be over and above other offers?
Cashback will be computed on the product price post coupon discounts applied.

When will I get the cash back?
The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Amazon account as Amazon Pay balance within 24 hours from date of shipping.

What if I cancel/return my order?
If you cancel/reject the complete order, you will not be eligible for the offer. However if you place another eligible order during the offer period, you will be eligible for the offer. In case of partial cancellation, the refund amount will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. Example: if a customer buys products worth INR 3000 under the offer and is eligible for INR 250 as cash back, however due to some reasons she/he decides to reject/return INR 500 worth of products, then as the order value after cancellation is higher than or equal to 2500 he will still be eligible for the cashback (cashbacks issued as Gift Cards cannot be cancelled as per RBI regulations, and will be adjusted against the refund credited).

If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.
