Bose Speakers + Amazon Echo Dot offer details
1.This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) in relation to the Bose select range of speakers mentioned below (“Products”), when purchased through seller ‘Appario Retail Private Ltd’ only.
2.This Offer (the “Offer”) applies to customers who purchase in a single order, one of the Bose select range of speakers mentioned below and one Amazon Echo Dot (“Qualifying Product”) on Amazon.in.
3.These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw this Offer and / or alter these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
4.You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; and (b) have a billing address in India.
5.The Offer is valid from Oct 19th, 2018(12:00am) to Nov 5th, 2018(11:59pm), or until stocks of the Products that are made available by Appario (Seller) on Amazon.in last, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability
6.Under this Offer any customer who, during the Offer Period, purchases the Product on Amazon.in, will be able to avail the offer. Also, the Amazon Echo Dot (Qualifying Product) will have to be added in the cart along with the Product.
A.In case the customer fails to add the Product and the Qualifying Product both together in the cart, in such cases, it is deemed that the customer has willingly waived the benefits of the Offer.
B.The customer will not be eligible of complete refund / replacement in case of return / rejection of one of the Products / Qualifying Product. To obtain full refund / replacement, both the Product and Qualifying Product have to be returned.
7.To avail the Offer, the customer should ensure that the Qualifying Product is sold by ‘Appario Retail Private Ltd’ seller and the Offer does not apply to purchases made from other third-party sellers on Amazon.in, even if “fulfilled by Amazon”.
8.In case of any Dead-on-Arrival cases or defective Qualifying Product, the customer issues be handled by the Amazon customer care. For any post-sales support / warranty, the customer will have to contact Amazon customer care
9.Delivery charges will be applied to each item in accordance with Amazon.in’s standard delivery rates and policies.
10.The Offer cannot be availed in respect of any other products listed on Amazon.in other than the Product mentioned here.
The benefits under this Offer cannot be claimed if the order for the Product is cancelled or returned, as the case may be, by the customer or the seller or Amazon, and in such case, the participation of the customer in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
In the event any customer fails to meet any of the above stated eligibility criteria or any term under these Offer Terms, he/she will not be eligible to receive the Qualifying Product under this Offer.
13.Any queries in relation to the Offer should be addressed directly to Amazon customer support.
14.Participation in this Offer is voluntary. Each customer hereby accepts these Offer Terms and expressly agrees that Amazon and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that such customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
15.These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
