1. What is the 10% HDFC Bank Debit Card and Credit Cards Offer (“Offer”)?
a) Offer only for Prime Member
b) Offer on payment with HDFC Bank Debit & Credit Card and EMI
c) Minimum transaction amount INR 3,000 ; net of other discounts
d) Offer and Maximum Savings as below:
i. Below INR 50,000 – 10% Instant Discount, Maximum instant discount per card INR 1,750.
ii. Equal to or Above INR 50,000 – Instant discount per card INR 1,750 + Additional Cashback of INR 1,750. Maximum total savings per card INR 3500

f) Any cancelled order(s) will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order will be adjusted with the instant discount amount.

2. How can I avail this offer?
Shop as usual with your HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card to pay. As long as INR 3,000 or more is charged to your HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card while making a purchase on amazon.in/Amazon App, you will get an Instant Discount on the purchase. For purchases made on Prime Now App and Card payment on COD transactions, customer would get cashback instead of Instant Discount. For such cases, the same instant discount offer as mentioned above would apply.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the discount for the duration of the event?
The minimum transaction amount to avail the offer is INR 3,000 in a single transaction on Amazon.in, net of buybacks, refunds and cancellations.

4. What is the maximum instant discount I can avail?
Below INR 50,000 – Maximum instant discount per card is INR 1,750 Equal to or Above INR 50,000 – Instant discount per card INR 1,750 + Additional Cashback of INR 1,750. Maximum total savings per card INR 3500 Add-on cards linked to the same account will be considered as one card.

5. Am I eligible for higher savings if order is above INR 50,000 ?
For purchases above INR 50,000, customer can save an additional INR 1750. Customer will get instant discount of INR 1,750, and a cashback of INR 1750. Example 1: Order value- INR 50,000: Instant Discount of INR 1,750 and cashback of INR 1,750 Example 2: Order value- INR 60,000: Instant Discount of INR 1,750 and cashback of INR 1,750

6. When will I get the cashback ?
The applicable cash back under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Bank account linked with HDFC Bank Debit Card or Credit Card latest by October 17, 2019.

7. What if I cancel my order?
The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such orders will be post adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. Where the customer is eligible for cashback, and the transaction is cancelled/returned, such order would no longer be eligible for the cashback.

7. Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?
Yes, you would get Instant Discount but only on the amount charged on your HDFC Card. Also, to avail instant discount, your HDFC Card should be charged for a minimum amount of INR 3,000. For example, if total transaction amount is INR 8000, and INR 1,000 is paid using Amazon Pay Balance and INR 7,000 is paid using HDFC Card, then instant discount would be given on INR 7,000 and not INR 8,000. Similarly, if INR 7,000 is paid using APay balance and INR 1,000 is paid using HDFC Card, then customer would not get any discount because the amount paid using HDFC Card is less than INR 3,000.

8. Is Discount under this Offer applicable on both Credit and Debit cards?
Yes, the discount is available on both Credit and Debit Card.

9. Can I avail discount on EMI?
Yes, the discount under this Offer is also applicable on Credit Card and Debit Card EMI

10. Can I get this offer with Exchange offer or No Cost EMI?
Yes, the offer is valid even if you buy with Exchange or No Cost EMI or both.

11. I purchased an eligible item but still did not get Instant Discount. Why ?
For purchases made on Prime Now App and Card payment on COD transactions, customer would get cashback instead of Instant Discount. For such cases, the same instant discount offer as mentioned above would apply.

12. Can I avail discount on card payment for cash on delivery order?
Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer? On Card Payment for COD transactions, customer would get cashback and not Instant Discount. However, please note that the facility for payment through cards on delivery is subject to availability of the card accepting machine at the time of delivery and the same cannot be guaranteed. In order to not lose out on the benefits under the Offer, we highly recommend that you pay with your HDFC card online at the time of placing the order. Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.

13. My Amazon.in order includes Amazon.in Gift Card(s); will I be eligible for a cash back under this Offer? Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?
No, the cash back under this Offer is not applicable on purchase of:
• Gift Card(s) (Amazon branded and Non Amazon branded)
• Prepaid phone recharges, DTH recharges, Bill payments
• Kindle e-books and Kindle Unlimited Subscription Program
• Select mobiles (see product page for offer eligibility)
• Amazon Pay balance loading
• Amazon Prime subscription
• Infant Nutrition products
• Godrej Interio products
• Flight bookings on Amazon
• Partner merchant transactions done via Amazon Pay
• Gold and Silver coins

14. My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cash back under this Offer?
If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the discount. For more information on revise payment, Know more.

Terms and Conditions

This “Offer” is provided to you by HDFC Bank Limited (“Bank”), and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (formerly known as Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited) (“Amazon”) and made available on the website www.ama...in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.

The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary
