Updates
As on 28th March, 11:30 PM:
Deliveries resume
We have resumed deliveries in select pincodes of select cities. We are only delivering existing orders of essential products purchased using pre-paid payment methods. Due to the lockdown and restrictions in movement, these deliveries might be delayed. We thank you for your patience.
The list of cities include Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mohali, Mumbai, Mysuru, Patna, and Raipur. For new orders, you can check the product detail pages for delivery resumption status.
As on 28th March, 5:00 PM:
Pay-on-Delivery option temporarily suspended
We are taking social distancing seriously during this most sensitive period of the COVID-19 crisis to ensure health and safety of our customers and delivery partners. Hence, as a precautionary measure, we are temporarily suspending Pay-on-Delivery option on Amazon.in, to avoid card/cash exchange at the doorstep during delivery. We are also cancelling all pending Pay-on-Delivery orders as a result.
We will be accepting new orders only on essential products through pre-paid payment methods, and are working towards resuming deliveries soon in your area. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in these challenging times.
As on 26th March, 9:30 PM:
Deliveries temporarily paused
Considering the prevailing extensive lockdowns and restrictions in movement, we have paused our deliveries.
We are taking orders only on essential products through pre-paid payment methods, while we work towards resuming deliveries soon.
